Did you know that Stevie played with so much tension that it was not uncommon for him to separate his fingernail due to his rapid movements along the strings? Club owners said it was not uncommon for him to come into their offices between sets to borrow some super glue, which he used to keep the fingernail split from widening while he continued to play. That's pure devotion, determination and commitment to the cause.
