This song is no more jingoistic than "Born In The USA" was meant to be. Aristocracy & gardens in Kent contrast with children tolling in unsafe factory's for the best part of a day, large families cramped in filthy, single roomed flats, etc.

In the radio the Original Owner forgot a CD. of steele Span, thats Cd. has five month in the radio, and everytime that i travel i listen this Music. GREETINS FROM PUNTA ARENAS, CHILEAN PATAGONIA... I always preferred this song and version to ''All Around My Hat'' - A better follow up could not have been found and it deserved to be a bigger hit. Then again I Can See For Miles by the Who should have been No 1 for 10 weeks.
