I saw Stavesacre three times including once in a Hollywood bar with maybe 20 people and UC Irvine at the Bren center. I still remember hearing this song and "This Love" for the very first time live and immediately became one of my favorite bands. Sam West is an incredibly talented drummer... I've been playing off and on for thirty years and still can't figure how to play most of their songs.

Why these guys never got huge is beyond me. GREAT band. I saw them at tooth and nail weekend before their first record came out. They were insane!!!

Man they rush their songs when they play live! But the recorded version of this song was entirely too long to begin with so maybe it averages out.

i have this whole show...it was filmed perfectly, except right at the end, they did this sort of...high five?? with their guitars and marks arm. and just as they finishes a dude stood up and blocked it...but the whole set is great.

um no, it said nothing on their myspace about them breaking up. Now, Wikipedia says that they have announced plans (PLANS being the main word here) of breaking up, but has not yet been confirmed. I hope they don't.
