They are chord shapes. There's 6 numbers - one for each string. Reading left to right - that's thick to thin string. Then, 0=open string, X=don't play that string, and a number eg 2 means play the 2nd fret on that string. I would try and learn some 'open' chords first. This track may be a bit tricky if you are starting out. Good luck with it!
