What is most shocking to me here is the prevalence of the belief that suicide is simply a choice. It's as if you people think that one day a suicide victim woke up and decided to kill himself or herself. Oren Leifer: Suicide is selfish? We never asked for life and we have no obligation to live it just for the sake of keeping everyone around us happy if we are no longer happy. I'd argue that it is selfish for others to expect us to live solely for them in spite of our mental state. And furthermore, you advocate a message of revenge against those who caused the pain? So are you saying that Elliot Rodger was justified in murdering six people as a result of his uncopable mental pain? I think you need to give deeper consideration to exactly what you're trying to say. And really Aaron? Fuck the boy who committed suicide? Jesus man, how can you make such a bold claim when you don't even understand the circumstances that led to this boy's suicide? You didn't even face the boy's mother; you stayed on the tour bus and refused to come out and talk to her. So you have no idea what was going on in the boy's life. No, fuck YOU Aaron for judging the boy's situation based on assumptions because you were too chicken shit to even face the boy's mother to find out any truth surrounding the suicide.

SUICIDE IS SELFISHNESS! Don't hurt yourself, hurt the ones who cause you pain. Suicide is selfishness. To stop the pain, hurt the ones who cause it. I love this song, but it's only half of the equation. If you feel the useless urge to hurt yourself, channel it into the productive action of hurting the people who cause you pain instead.
