Thank you very much Sir! ;) This is my next guitar! (I got an Ibanez AFS 75 T Trd, a beauty but not easy for a beginner).

All classic strat vibratos can be set up pretty much any way you like. If you want a floating vibrato unit you can adjust the springs which will allow you to pull up on the whammy bar, as well as let you do dive bombs. These are great guitars.

I read the vibrato works only in one way, to low. Is it true?

I have the same guitar, and i have to say that the best option for blues improvisation is Bridge + middle pickup

I regrettably sold my CV Squires. I've owned several American Fenders an currently have a handmade Telecaster as my main axe. Dont let anyone tell you these guitars aren't worth it because they are. Believe the hype

The quality is not great. The MIM Strat i have (2010) feels waaay better than this guitar also the MIA IMO. I put some 57/62's on mine and i get awesome early Hendrix tones and other tones too. Seriously dont believe the hype on this guitar until you try it out yourself.

Hmmm really? That's interesting and good to know. I have an MIM and I'm a bit disappointed in the feel of fretboard, maybe i'm just not a maple guy.
