It is a GREAT song Al, should have been another HIT for the duo, sadly was not meant to be. How lovely of you to give Matt a new verse, he was indeed a fine man. There is a song by Beth Nielsen Chapman called 'Say Goodnight, Not Goodbye' that she wrote after her husband died, check it out if you can find it. The most beautiful song. Just listened to this again Steve and read your comment about Matt. A super video & song, capturing for ever the time you all spent together. Wonderful memories! I'm also sure that Matt was a great guy! I wrote a song about someone I loved dearly a long time ago, who I miss dreadfully. I hope that it is not presumptuous of me to slightly rewrite one of the lines as a tribute to your friend? 'Memories unlike life they won't die, so you see Matt it's not really goodbye' All the best.
