Hah, this is kinda funny to me because even though Soundgarden are insane on stage they generally seem to be easy going law abiding dudes. I think this song is kinda stupid, but I love that Soundgarden had the balls to play it to a huge festival crowd at the height of the alternative rock era, even if it was probably mostly a joke.

If you actually listened to their lyrics instead of thinking "lolz its 90% of RATM so they must be political" You would know that the subject matter is typical Chris Cornell.
