How weird that must have been with all those Japanese just sitting there in there seats. Must have been difficult to feel like the audience was into the show at all. Hell back in 77 even my mom would stand and cheer with us when she too us to our first Kiss concert. she loved it and the band.

This is the only live version of this song that i found, that starts with pyros from the get go! Reminds me of the first time i saw them live in Ottawa Canada in 1977. I'm not sure of the date, but i believe it was in July.

I saw KISS in 76 ,there much better musicians around then them but it was such strong power chord guitars and the circus was amazing! I felt like I was on drugs ,GOD it was fucking great!!
