While I think he has a lovely voice and tenor timbre..he has not got this song right, far too much licence to pull the time around - far too much rubato...why not sing it as Chopin intended the melody to be?

Would you happen to know the name of the movie, my 90 year old(still playing badminton) dad, watched this movie , just as the war ended. i love this song..my 90 year old dad(still playing tennis, and dancing the tango!..lol..mentioned it, just after the war ended, and he went to the movies, i think he said with Richard Tarb?
