I think it all boils down to ego of both parties. On one hand, he got what he wanted, but it definitely set the band back in a business perspective. Business isn't everything.. but sometimes, recognition is, which can be just as bad.. or, in reality, it could have been another dynamic altogether. Either of 3 ways, I wish it had been different. Love the band both ways.. love X as well. A little unhappy with the sourness and pretentiousness though.
