Teargarden by Kaleidyscope 연작 앨범인데, 아무리 들어봐도 왜 연작인지는 잘 모르겠다. 전작인 Oceania와 형식적인 연결고리가 있는지 알수도 없고, 그렇다고 컨셉연작앨범의 형식도 아닌것 같다. 아무튼 Oceania와는 달리 가볍고 경쾌하면서도 멜랑콜리한 스매슁 펌프킨스다운 튠으로 9곡이 채워져 있다. 한참 인기를 얻던 시절의 그 노래들과 같은 스타일의 곡들. 스매슁 펌프킨스는 이런 곡들이 딱 어울린다. 장황하게 길어지거나 실험적이 되는 순간 망하는 밴드가 아닐까? 1년 후에도 이 앨범의 노래들이 생각이 날지는 의문이지만
