You're correct in a way. He did have certain medical conditions for which he was prescribed medication. However his prescribing physician PURPOSELY prescribed him extra pills, and higher dosage pills than he needed. This is why he was facing lawsuit when Paul died. This same doctor was doing it for a number of patients.
