Dear Pogi Panget. Jesus said that God is spirit and that when we worship him it must be in spirit and truth. If the worship comes from the heart and glorifies God and not man then it is true worship. This is true if it's in the form of a song or in how we do our job that God has given us. Me personally I love this song however I would not perform in in a venue with little old ladies that might not understand. We should not cause our brother to stumble because of our freedom in faith. That being said I have listened to all sorts of music that is supposedly Christian. These guys have more Jesus in their lyrics than most Amy Grant Songs or Barlow Girl for that matter. Not knocking them I think they are great but if I hear the name of Jesus being glorified in a song I like it more.

Let's draw the line here. Well, obviously, the Bible doesn't talk about music genres, so by that logic, we can assume that all genres are acceptable, BUT, the Bible also warns us to not show even the appearance of evil. Sadly, many people associate this type of music as worldly or satanic, though not all, even the secular ones, are about satan or anything like that. Although I am not against this (I personally like this kind of music), some of the brethren might stumble merely by seeing these videos, and of course we wouldn't want that to happen. Not judging anyone. Definitely not trying to cause division. How about you guys? What's your take on Christian metal, or about other genres for that matter? I'd love to start a good discussion. God bless us all. :)

I do not think of myself as religious at all. But I can't help but to me moved by this song. They put their entire faith into this and you can feel it. Very spiritually uplifting

Is it weird that all I could think about while listening was Hank Hill saying "Can't you see you're not making Christianity better, you're just making rock n' roll worse."? Haha in all seriousness though this is awesome. You don't have to play an organ or be in a choir to praise. The music flows through us all in different ways, and that's the beauty of it.

This music is far from Christian. Spouting off some religious lyrics set to disharmonious chants coupled with melodies and rhythms which cater to the flesh is actually no better than pure rock music. At least the secular world doesn't attach a a nominally "Christian" label to their music. The world loves its own and this music is very worldly. 1 John 2:15-16 exhorts us to "Love NOT the world...." Even Phil Keggy would probably be appalled by this band.
