It's sad that so much stock is put into the actual polished sounds that a band creates. Thank the studio, not the band. While they have acquired more money during their long career, the sound quality has improved. This fact does not reflect upon the idea's they currently have or lack thereof. This past age of Skillet was filled with creativity and raw emotion. There is a difference between the sound quality of a band, and the bands idealist quality.11 years ago

This goes back to a time when Skillet was good, had a unique sound and didn't just play the sound that was popular. Their new music shows little to no interest in terms of chord progression and song structures. They've lost that sound that made them such an interesting band in the first place...11 years ago
