Okay I'm here to be honest in every way. If you find it offensive take it somewhere else because I don't care.Simple Plan is nothing like One Direction. I was a directioner, so I understand what I'm saying. I'll find myself victim of listening to One Direction once a year or so. But Simple Plan's lyrics have meaning that anyone can understand. I do not (still) understand One Direction's lyrics. I just know they wanna kiss girls and take them home. Simple Plan is so much more complex.But down to the bare basics. Simple Plan's lyrics are so different from One Direction's that I can't even fathom why they're here in the first place.So, In my opinion, the directioners can leave us be, and we can leave them be.

People complain that 1D was better, then the others say no their not, I always wonder, well, they are two bands, if you think 1D is better fuck off back to sucking up to the little kids, now personally, i didn't even know about them till people started playing their music and i asked them 'whats that crap you have playing' and am yet to listen to one of their songs. same to any modern music as it's all crap 90% of the time. This is a nice oldschool band so all haters of it fuck off back to whatever you like and don't come back.
