@anxietyevangelist It should be from a festival in the Netherlands, Eurosonic or so? Where small, only regionally successful bands from all over Europe play, hoping to be heard by a radio DJ, someone from a record label, etc. to get some international success and a more international audience. Rockpalast (a public funded German TV show) is there every year and shows a couple of bands, each gets to play 1 or 2 songs perhaps.
