I think he is refering to Shining (NOR), a.k.a this band in generall. Jørgen Munkeby, the lead singer and Sax player has himself referenced Shining as Jazz metal. Some of theyre songs boarder on Black Metal, but the are a intuitive gang, so labeling everything is really besides the point.

@Fanouriou because you were listening to the wrong kind of jazz. jazz is probably the most diverse kind of music, it's unwise to say "I don't like jazz" without being specific. jazz is awesome, btw :DDDD
