I did the video that night 4 yrs ago and we all had a real good time. It was at the Cafe Coco - a pretty hip place - lot's of performers that night. All of them talented and fun to be around. Not much posing going on in there. And that's what we were all there for - to have some fun.

Scott was a big part of it and no one knew this video was going to go over a million. While I would rather Scott also proposed Christian values - what I was most struck by that night was his naturalness - confidence - and his appeal to the ladies. He added pretty good voltage to a high voltage crowd.

I take it as a sign of the times that so many people would go to the trouble of commenting just to be mean. Very sad. You might better use your time by googling "signs of the times". Lord have mercy on us all.

I respect the guy as a musician but damn whenever I see people playing these huge extended range bass/guitar they very rarely use the lowest and highest string(s). It makes me wonder why they want to use such an uncomfortable and expensive (to buy and maintain) instrument, when the nicest stuff they play doesn't use the extended range. Not hating, I just don't understand it at all.

I really want to say this was great.....but something didnt sound quite right(like his timing is off or hes hitting the notes a little wrong....its something)But he's still pretty cool to watch with that huge bass

very nice tunes. the bottom string 6Hz? seriously pointless. I play 6 string bass, and 10 string Chapman Stick, very similar instrument to this, and it's predecessor, but I don't see the point of a string so low you can't distinguish what the notes are. still, lotsa talent.

nothing sounded like it was being played by other instruments and nothing sounded like a song at all.. just sounded like tapping in the same key... saying how long it takes to warm up and saying your more like a composer just seems a little self proclaimed.. just try to seem good by your "songs" not by saying what you do.
