If I remember correctly, she said on the "Fumbling Towards Ecstacy Live" video release that she went to a cottage with only her guitar to write the entire album. I would assume that "Fear" would be included. Keep in mind that she does a swell job at converting her songs from guitar to piano and vice versa ("Possession," "Fallen").

This is my favorite version to that song. It sounded like "Full of Grace". I did that song on my music shooting, on location.
