I wouldn't consider myself a fan of country music, I am a fan of music in general, and consider Sammy one of the best vocalists I have ever heard, and this if my favorite of his many great songs.He could rival any singer from any genre, period.

I remember when I was really little, maybe 3 or 4, and my dad and I used to sit around listening to your CD's. I heard this song everyday my whole childhood, and never got tired of it. This is my first time hearing it in 7 or 8 years, yet I still remember each and every word. I'm 16 now, and I plan on listening to this every day again. I absolutely love this song. It wasn't apart of my childhood, it WAS my childhood. I used to run around with my cd player listening to it. Still perfect in 2013!!

This song is Country's version of a b-rated computer role playing game! It came out no sooner than one of the more famous RPG series came out in the 90s. I heard it on the radio and couldn't stop laughing! Good song, but it cracked me up while gaming. Between Catacombs and Ultima Underworld, Sammy gave me some good laughs. Message was more serious but yeah, it came across funny while playing and crossing the bridge...of something. Guess it WAS the Bridge that Just Won't Burn after all. Enjoyable
