Drums are gated. It's not the whole kit mic'd (or it's not the whole kit in the mix we're hearing). There aren't any ambient mics in the mix and there aren't any FX on the drums. It IS Geddy and Neil.

sounds like only 1 channel drum wise, and thats not even the right beats and parts. not cool. bass sounds right on though.

The bass sounds right on but the drums....hmmm....kinda weird. It's like it's not capturing it all. For example the open hi-hats don't sound open and the cymbal crashes sound like short live open hi-hat hits. This is really all about Geddy. My favorite Ged bass song and then Lessons :)
