This is "Virtually Fat Free" by the surf rock band Rootjoose, released on their debut--and only--album, Rhubard.
Shortly after the release of their debut album their label, Rage Records, went bankrupt leaving the band without support. They continue to tour the west of the UK but eventually disbanded in 2001. They still have a loyal following around the UK.
