Yes, the guitar player to Rogers' left is Geoff Whitehorn. Apparently most members of Procol Harum "do their own thing" with other bands at various times. And a good job too, I reckon all musicians should do that, to improve their repertoire and playing. Having said that, he gets much more chance to show off his brrilliant solos with PH.

@claudiojornal2010 - well spotted, must admit I had to go and look it up! According to wikipedia, he joined procol harum in 1991. I did know he was a popular session musician as I've seen him on TV playing with Jethro Tull.
