I think this is the track I recall Robbie Blunt said he used a guitar synth. I believe he said he had a GR-700 MIDI'd up to a Yamaha DX-9, those two synths together are what you're hearing during the solo. I think he said the bass line was played by the keyboardist, and the backing track, at least, was recorded live in the studio.
