Check out his eyes when the camera zooms in during the first chorus, and later in the second chorus close-up as well. His eyes are brimming with tears, although he manages not to shed them. The look on his face when he casts his eyes sideways after the first chorus and then all through the second half of the song, is the look of a man suffering. He wrote this song 21 years before this performance, but he still cracks when he sings " when I feel close to you I cannot help but fall". He is still singing directly to her, and that is where his eyes are looking. Very moving9 years ago
