That's Pumpkins/Hole bassist Melissa Auf Der Mauer. Billy was heavily involved on this record "Troublizing" - it sounds pretty good actually.

One of the really unknown gems. Ric was definitely going for a Smashing Pumpkins kinda mid 90s alt rock sound on this one, while still keeping his traditional sound alive. I have no idea why this didn't catch on. The last Cars album, Door To Door from 1987, actually sounded alot like this song.

Towards the half of the video, i think it get's more interesting. It's funny and it looks fun and shows what the singer/singers put up with. The song is really cool, it's one of my fav's now from him.
