+marco lampugnani grazie mille per il feedback!Se posso fare un'osservazione, vorrei spezzare una lancia in favore di chi, come me, ha considerato l'organizzazione di eventi come una key activity che possa migliorare il servizio e il ruolo di centro relazionale del luogo scelto:per come l'ho intesa io, l'organizzazione di eventi non è mirata a sperare che la gente chiacchieri durante l'evento e stringa così relazioni sociali; non è cioè un cavallo di Troia per far schizzare in alto il numero di interazioni (se mai si potessero registrare).L'evento (da intendersi al plurale) è un mezzo per raggiungere una miglior reputazione del luogo, o se si vuole, perché il luogo si ritagli uno spazio più ampio nella sfera sociale dell'individuo, e quindi della comunità. In altre parole: organizzo un determinato evento perché ci venga un individuo che solitamente non rientra nel mio Customer Segment, e perché essendone soddisfatto cominci a considerare il luogo come una possibilità valida anche per altre attività (birra, partita alla tv etc). O per meglio dire, perché essendo soddisfatto dal mio evento che incontra le sue prerogative l'individuo entri stabilmente nel mio Customer Segment.Forse avrei dovuto specificare tutto ciò? Mi rendo conto (solo ora che ho formato il pensiero) che è una cosa che stavo (stavamo?) dando per scontato.Ora mi metto a fare le attività per #UrbanThinkingBrief3 anche se devo prevenire che avrò grosse difficoltà. Il mio computer ha praticamente solo Word e poco altro...cercherò di fare del mio meglio. E spero di riuscire a rispettare la scadenza di domani.C'è un altro punto, +marco lampugnani: non so se ti era stato comunicato, ma io non potrò essere presente al workshop a Mestre (avendo cominciato a lavorare da due settimane non posso prendere ferie). I love the fact that, unlike almost every single video ever made, Michael Stipe elected to sing the vocal track live rather than lip-synching to the album cut. It shows that, even from the earliest days, REM was all about substance over image.
