@DiEgO3925 A, G, F and D7, only you play the 1st string open ;)

It's so hard to get the intonation right for the 3rd string on this song... I've not found a guitar that can do it. I can hear you couldn't get it either. (but smart putting the second part of it up to the middle of the fret board.. I play it down near 3rd fret, which makes the out of tune notes even more dramatic)

@619mikeg Thank you, no he uses a pick, for me it becomes more fluent and I can go on for longer using fingerpicking, I just think it's the easiest.

@grzana2429 Ah okey, no it is correct, he uses that cords for that version, and my guitar was tuned the same way his was that night, in standard tuning:P I don't get what you see is wrong, and how it is wrong, but thanks for commenting

Remember this is a live version of the song, and he playes the song a little higher on the studio version

The chords in the riff? You mean the first thing played with indiviudal notes? The guitar was tuned, I made sure of that:P

if you want to play better, try to hide the thumb behind the mast of the guitar.

Yeah, me too.. I saw the Slane DVD at a friends house all the way through, because we had missed a train, and we had like 4 hours to spend. And after watching it, I instantly became totally into their music. It's sad because I listened to their music often on MTV and such, and I kinda liked it, but seeing them live made me understand them.

Man that was something, I have never been so tired from playing guitar in my life, I had the notes in front of me, so I wasn't really that used to playing the acoustic part. There's something about that live version of Venice Queen, the mood and energy is so vibrant. It's one of the few DVD's I never tire from watching. Have you ever seen them live?
