Overwhelmingly powerful and smooth; and , Iastrada52, you're quite perceptive to realize, like I did, about what Marillion did to cover RB's song sympathy. Great to finally see that there are others out there who know Rare Bird, and how special they were (are?) dr. dxk

Steve Gould and Rare Bird...quite the under-rated band. Excellent songs. Gould was also featured with Alvin Lee when Lee released solo albums and shared lead vocals with Steve. I also wish they would upload more of the band Runner -- a great group that Steve Gould performed with. What's peculiar is that Marillion covered a Rare Bird song ("Sympathy") on one of their albums -- so someone in Marillion was listening.
