Hi, the program was called "New Country; Gettin' tough", one episode only I think, aired on BBC television in 1988. It also included names like Dwight Yoakam, The O'Kanes, Nanci Griffith, Lyle Lovett, The Judds... and Steve Earle, hence the title.
