Yea, Andy Stewart from Edinburgh, Scotland wrote this song when he was in Silly Wizard; it is a bang-up party anthem with a fine tune and great lyrics. And Silly Wizard does it better. The Irish bands have taken it as their own, but that's okay. It's got the right feel and the heart is in the right place.
