It's still Queen's soul, unforgettable and unreplicable. Even in the absence of Freddie this smell penetrated too deeply into their bones, flesh and blood to be extinct - that's impossible. This collaboration turned out an impressive and powerful. So is the art. So are the Queen - immortal and dominating.

It would have been nice to see some 70´s Queen´s pictures too. Still, very enjoyable.

Lyrically it sounds like there's a lot of thought gone into this. Musically though, I think its lacking. The chords and backing track are great but the melody took a back seat in this one. Not Brian May's usual amazing standard. Remember his "White Man" in 1976? That was class.

its not political it is a call to arms to fight a.i.d.s. this is what freddie would have wanted... this is not only personal but the right thing to do no matter if it make Queen look like they are washed up but it is the right thing to do, to stamp out a.i.d.s.

There's no Paul Rodgers. There was no plans of Rodgers as a part of Queen+. The stuff did include Bri, Rog, Spikey, Jamie, the 46664 choir along with Zoe and Tearena. :) Live version is from the Johanesburg gig in November 2003.

Rog is on the drums along with Eric Singer playing together at the event. You can see them playing it on the 46664 dvd. :) It's 2 DVD set and 4 CDs set. :) Spikey Edney is on keyboards. The version presented here is the one prepared for people who did ring a special number to support 46664 campaign in 2003.
