wegaify, I'm very agree with you I know that in the making of I was born to love you, the made in heaven album version, Freddie was with they in a spiritual way, inspirating them and giving ideas to them with a whisper in teir ears...For me, "I was born to love you" was made by the four members, maybe their last song thogether...

This album is my favorite Queen album. Freddie gave his all, even when he was so sick, to writing and singing songs to make this album possible. The great work of the rest of the band was indeed "lovingly" put together. His voice never failed him He had some more to sing and write. He was one of the most courageous and inspiring person, living and dying gracefully when AIDS was still such a stigma! I remember in the later 1980s where we were all afraid of this disease. He was a champion.

I still maintain that some of these last songs Freddie recorded are the best he ever sounded. Why? We'll never know for sure, but I don't think it's too much of a presumption to think that he really gave every fibre of his beings to breathe life in to them - you only have to listen to his vocal on 'Mother Love' for example to hear him pouring his heart and soul out into his voice. Amazing. We miss you. x
