Chuck'D' is one of the greatest writers of our generation, in fact i'd put him in the same bracket as Dylan, Morrison & even Lennon! Yes, you may disagree, even laugh but his writing, his stories have that effect on your mind, whereby you have to listen, his oratory is powerful and the delivery is everything, like he's just freestyled it there'n'then! The choice of sample is the real genius too, if you didn't know the song you'd be forgiven for thinking it was the original actual version! I got to see PE in Manchester,England on the Revolverlution Tour(2003) and they blew me away,Chuck did a freestyle as Flav smashed a drum solo and the hairs on the neck rose!! Respect to those guys, they aint taking no shit! Peace from the U.K. (North-West)!!

He's simply telling people to spread their message not gossip or rat on people. His message is detestong ID chips, government corruption, NWO etc...

great song, I'm confused about the song's meaning though, I can't tell if he's for or against informing to the old bill / filth / rozzers / JB / feds / constabulary / police.
