I saw Procol Harum 4 times live. I saw them two nights in a row in 1992, with the Edmonton Symphony Orchestra and the Greenwood Singers. They did this song both nights. It was an identical setlist. Well almost. They did Conquistador as the encore on the second night. I got the program booklet and their 1972 live album signed by the band and a free concert T-shirt by the guitarist. In 2010, I saw Procol Harum two nights in a row with the Edmonton Symphony Orchestra and the Da Camera Singers. I got another copy of their 1972 live album signed by the band and the original guitarist on that album, Dave Ball signed it too. The next night, I got the setlist signed by the band and the CD version of the 1972 live album signed by the band and Dave Ball. I wish I could find out where a copy of the 1992 Edmonton concert can be found. I wish they would have made a DVD of it. Thanks for posting this great song from a great band. Cheers!

My only criticism of an otherwise wonderful Procol Harum come back album -- they should have given Robin Trower more room for some lead guitar & Matthew Fisher -- no lead vocals on any tracks? The album would have been received by critics a little more enthusiastically if the LP spotlighted some songs a little more guitar driven. Maybe this is the major reason Trower didn't stay long. The band played the David Letterman Show in NYC when this album was released and Trower was not there.

In my opinion - one of the best songs from Procol Harum - In 1993 it was the the last number before Deep Purple entry on stage on the holde "Battle Rages On" tour - where the ligts in the halls turnes down. The song says so mutch.
