there is a very interesting and rather hilarious youtube out there somewhere where john lennon and yoko suddenly arrive in a rolls royce and start hinting to ochs that these songs were copywrited and lennon asked ochs what permission he had to perform these songs. lol. its kind of interesting....i think it was just john and yoko having a little fun

it's not terribly rare at all-it's on the Broadside Tapes 1 CD; what's rarer is audio of Phil Ochs talking to John Lennon about his song, Chords Of Fame. if i can find it, i'll post it.

Haha, I have the CD this was released on! Hilarious stuff, especially when you get to the Beatlemaniac screaming. Even knowing how absolutely bone-dry Phil's humor could be I'm STILL to this day not sure if he was serious or joking when he goes, "That's pretty exciting music..." lmao.
