I think it isn't live but the vocals are recorded one more time because it's exactly the same version as in the live performance in the Dome 50 (you can find it on YT)

Neil can sing. But in this he clearly sounds autotuned, he never sings like that live and it sounds like it's been fiddled with most of time..
