ah... I remember listening to Nana songs all the time before. I love this song so so so much, it feels nostalgic listening to it again. I wish the manga can continue soon, I really want to know what happens in the end, someday. and Olivia songs for Nana are so good, she made me love Trapnest more than Blast lol. Because before they made the anime, I read the manga and I liked Blast, but when they did the anime, I loved all Trapnest songs so much. Even in the movie. :)

SPOILER PART 3!!! Nobu went back to his parents and helps with their inn. In the future, Nana is gone missing, considered dead, but her friends still wait for her. It occurs she's in England, but it's unknown, if her friend find her. Hachi and Takumi are still married, but he lives in England with Ren, their son (many people think he's Nobu's kid), as well as Reira who can't sing anymore and Naoki, and helps looking for Nana too, and Hachi lives in Japan with Satsuki.

SPOILER PART 2!!! It ends, when, after hugging and almost kissing with Nobu, Hachi is lost, as Takumi spent 2 weeks in hospital with Reira and almost didn't contact her and she knows she loves Nobu, and she can't decide what too do, as time is pretty hard for everyone and those are last days of her pregnancy. The last scene is when jealous Yuki wants Hachi to leave (She moved in to hostel to help Nana). Hachi calls Nobu "young master", because that scene takes part in the future.

Well, you should read manga (it isn't finished, though, because Ai Yazawa is sick and NANA is on hiatus), but if you want to know... SPOILER!!!... Hachi marries Takumi, but Takumi gets involved with Reira, Nobu starts relationship with Yuki, Nana and Ren are generally unhappy, she is jealous of Reira and has feelings for Yasu, who is with Miuu. Nana feels lonely. Then on Nana's birthday Ren has car accident and dies. Everyone's depressed, Reira almost got crazy, Nana too.
