Not to be rude at all, but I used to really love this type of music, whatever you call emotional hardcore tag or the post-hardcore such as Raein, Saetia, City of Caterpillar, The Saddest Landscape, Daitro, Ampere, The Spirit of Versailles, and The Kodan Armada. I also really loved American Football, Cap'n Jazz, The Appleseed Cast, Sunny Day Real Estate, Mineral, and The Gloria Record. I love this type of music all throughout my sophomore year and junior year of high school. Then, for whatever reason I grew bored of toward the end of junior and now since the beginning of senior year, I have immersed myself within other types of music, to be more musically diverse and knowledgeable of other types of styles, I began to enter No Wave from NYC during the eighties, an offshoot of punk rock subculture and a noise rock-anthemtic scene filled with alienation, Avant-Garde and Modern Twentieth Century Music such as La Monte Young and Terry Riley, Classic Rock N' Roll like The Who and The Velvet Underground, to "Alternative Rock (Shoegaze, Noise, Experimental, Industrial), I hate that term but anyway underground groups such as Stereolab, My Bloody Valentine, Pavement, Swirlies, Dinosaur Jr, Sonic Youth, Flying Saucer Attack, Throbbing Gristle, Cabaret Voltaire, This Heat,. I connect with all type of music better because it feels right to me not sure how to explain it. But I am glad that I progressed, everyone should be willing to open to different types of music out there. Not saying this music is not diverse or good, but for me I needed to escape from it because it really limited my musical scope at the time and caused me to feel too emotional, depressed all the time,which is necessarily all the time great
