It is a collaboration across the years. Given that it was an unfinished song on a informal jam session bootleg which he never wanted circulated, it is fair to call OCMS the original recording. They share copyright. He wrote the melody, they arranged it. He took most of the chorus lyrics from an existing song, Ketch wrote the verse. Dylan needs credit too, but he doesn't always credit his sources (and he has used other melodies and lyrics often in his career and made them his own.)10 years ago

Listen to the background noise.It's got to be hard to play when a lot of the audience is obviously otherwise occupied.The Hangout Fest seems to be a really bad concept,at least for the musicians.11 years ago
