@Soilwar yeah, but on the other hand it is exactly like them to do that, they've never played the game of fan service, they always made their music for themselves and really never put any effort into promoting themselves they could have been much bigger than they were but they never wanted to. There explanation was just like life, sometimes things just end and you won't ever know why. It was a serious gut check, but it wasn't out of character for them.

I love Oceansize more than most other bands, but I really hate that they split up and don't even try to explain why. It's like "We're done, now fuck you all!". I mean.. Isis said they expressed themselves in the best way they could & there's nothing more to say. But this abrupt ending simply sucks.
