Man, I love these guys, and I used to love metal. I can barely listen to the super-heavy anymore, but I definitely appreciate the work and talent that goes into much of it. I can understand people who don't enjoy this kind of music. I think a lot of metal gives instant gratification, particularly metalcore and deathcore with the overused breakdowns, whereas with Post-Rock you really have to stay focused for a long time to get to an epic section and for said epic section to mean something.

Great musicianship but it's just not my style. I wish my band was this coordinated, Amazingly intricate and detailed, ridiculous tremolos vocals are decent. I'm biased because of my love for heavier bands, bulb is awesome and has great taste in music but I'd much rather listen to periphery or AAL than this...all in all good band. keep listening if you like them, if not don't, and keep your opinions to yourself (unless it is constructive)...sorry for all the fucked up grammar and punctuation. :/
