The Stooges--every album is awesome. I like Funhouse just as much as the first album & Raw Power. Do you not like that LP, or just not as much as the first 2? One of my favorite Stooges songs is the out-take from Raw Power, "I Gotta Right," which was released as a single because some thought it too violent or something to put on Raw Power. It's actually one of their more complex songs, with fast, catchy walking bass lines and a very fast tempo. I'm sure you're familiar w/it.

I've learned many songs from you, especially Stones and Zeppelin tunes. Now Iggy! One of my teen heroes ... saw him twice, first time right after the Stooges broke up. One of the benefits of growing up in Detroit. Thanks for all your posts ... can't wait to plug the Les Paul in and get after this tomorrow. Actually pretty easy. It's the grove that makes the song ... and Iggy's complete irreverence.
