I like this version, but I also like Billie Holiday's version, recorded during the 1930's. both women show the different stylistic tendencies of their respective eras, and both are amazing singers. (I'm not sure about Christina Aguilera's version, since it seems a bit overly stylized, and the point of this song was to add pure emotion to the song,not to add any frills. However, i am also just not drawn to her type of singing. it's a bit too poppy.)

Wow, what an amazing song. Although her vice is good, it's not what makes me love it, I think it's rather the way her voice fits the lyrics and the emotions so well. It caused me to have goosebumps. Incredible.

Simply breathtaking...I had not heard this song until Christina sung it on the 2008 Grammy nominations show. I have listened to a few other versions and of course NINA's is THE BEST..the I will say Christina. She made it her own, but still kept it felt like Nina's version. I was proud that Christina didnt put to many rifs in it. Simply beautiful...
