hahaha!!! This song takes me back to when I used to cruise Asilomar Beach, & I picked up a friend who didn't smell too good. When I picked up some other friends, while this song was playing, one of them said that this song has a message for someone. Had something to do with a relationship with a bar of soap.

How very cool it is to see how many people have listed tracks I mixed and productions I have worked on. This was one of my favorites and was done by the Great Nigel Olsen. This was done at the same time I mixed and did production work on the Jacksons and Patti Labelle. Thanks all for the comments. John Luongo

Yes, I remember this song from the summer of 1979. I guess the original version was from 1959. Couldn't find it. All I remember is "Put On Your Dancing Shoes" song which sounded so much like the Eagles. Yes, he played a key role in Elton John's earlier albums as Honky Chateau and Don't Shoot Me, etc.

Thanks for bringing back the old memories that once was the greatest hits of the 70s. Infact it was always played on the then known RADIO CEYLON. Infact it was on the Hiparaids. Wish we could go back to the 50s to 70s.

I remember Nigel appearing on TV (pretty sure it was Dick Clark's show). He was wearing a cast on his arm - and they said since he broke his arm and couldn't play drums for Elton, he decided to release his own album. (!). Funny gimmick. I was just thinking about this song the other day and am so glad to find it here. Thanks for posting! :)
