Noisey and Drafthouse Films were honored and privileged to present the legendary Nick Cave live at Town Hall in New York City on September 20, a rare mix of Q&A and solo piano performance surrounding the release of the critically-acclaimed '20,000 Days on Earth.' For those in attendance as well as those who couldn't make it to the show or the live stream, Noisey is proud to present the second in a series of videos of Nick Cave's performance from the space, this time with "The Weeping Song." Check it out for the first time and look for one more video on the way.

I miss Blixa, but I love this version. I love that little melancholic piano riff he adds and the way he has adapted it to sing solo rather than as a duet, slowing it down and bringing out the sadness even more. And his voice just gets better and better.

Saw Nick Cave twice, once with the Bad Seeds. The other with Grinderman, BOTH excellent gigs.

So many comments from people who haven't experienced music that comes from the heart. This is another brilliant performance from one of the greatest artists to emerge from Australian shores. Those who think this is not talent: go back to masturbating over your "One Direction" posters.

I was waiting for him to acknowledge that this song was some kind of parody but no. Seriously? Pretty bad.

Ugh, how dreadful; I could not even tolerate thirty seconds of this. Dude is singing *way* off key. I suppose, then, that autotune is designed specifically for tone deaf so-called "singers" like Cave; to artificially enhance the vocal talent of those whose abilities are otherwise marginal or unremarkable. Cave should have spared himself the ignominy of an utterly appalling live performance by lip-synching - you know, what all the other talentless hacks do nowadays.
