"Originally from North Wales, Nia is a young folk/blues singer-songwriter based in London, England. She is heavily influenced from an eclectic variety of music particularly from the 1950s-70s such as the likes of Bob Dylan, Tom Waits and Billie Holiday. Nia prefers to write songs pertaining to a story-telling nature and for the past 5 years, the singer-songwriter has been writing and performing all around the UK and moved to London in September 2011."

On April 29th 2013 Nia released her new EP 'Doctor Doctor' with a show at the Old Queen's Head in Islington. The night started with two beautiful performances from L.A. Salami and Sophie Jamieson, then Nia played a great, powerful set featuring her song Mescaline.
