#1 hit single in America in 1975, with Elton John on back up vocals and David Foster on keyboards. Written by Neil Sedaka and Phil Cody for Sedaka's album "The Hungry Years" on Elton John's record company Rocket Records. The song held the #1 spot for three weeks, until it was replaced by Elton's own "Island Girl". Elton's backing vocals really made the song - and it's catchy as Hell! :o)

I'd listen to this instead of Taylor Swift's song of the same title, any day, any hour, any minute, any second.

This is one of the best songs from my 45s collection and ironically I found this album this weekend at a good will store, I remember buying the 45 when i was 15 in 1975 thanks.

My 4 older brothers and I LOVED to sing this at the top of our lungs we heard this on the radio. (Brother Scott purchased this 45...and sneaked it in the house) I still have it to this day :)

I love this song. I have not heard it in many years. I never knew my ultimate favorite Elton John was singing back up. Thank you for sharing this with us RonnieFriend.
