This album is incredible. You can hear the "growth" that the band talks about in this video- if that even makes sense. The songs are birthed from pain and uncertainty and you can feel the direction in the art. What I love is that there still is a big old heart for the Lord- like the songs just cry out to Him without even saying a word. It is a real departure from the predictable and I think most who listen will find that it speaks to not only the good things that Christians enjoy in being blessed by the Father, but also speaks to the hurt and reality of who we are in relation to who God is. Powerful stuff!
